These Terms of Service govern access to azekly.com and purchases made from azekly, operated by Azek Co Inc.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

Customer Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, billing, shipping, and payment information.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability.

Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings or ordinary manufacturing variations. We may correct inaccurate descriptions, typographical mistakes, or obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic confirmation indicates that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

• Payment verification failure;

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders over US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Charges for optional premium or expedited shipping will be disclosed before payment.

Any tax that must legally be collected will be included in or clearly identified as part of the checkout total.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are also governed by our separately published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery dates are estimates rather than fixed commitments.
